Alfons Håkans Hanko Regatta

The Hanko Regatta is Finland’s largest sailing event. The regatta is traditionally held two weeks after Midsummer and is organized by the Hanko Sailing Association, the Hanko Udds Sailing Club, and the Ekenäs Sailing Club. Approximately 150–200 boats, mainly in the keelboat class, and about 700–900 sailors participate in the regatta. There are approximately 70 officials. People gather for Hanko’s traditional regatta for three days.
