DESCRIPTION:Le Petit Festival\n\n\nThe 2026 Le Petit Festival program features guest artists including:\Jorma Uotinen and Helena Lindgren\nsculptors Tapani Kokko and Virpi Kanto, as well as\ndance artists Nina Hyvärinen and Sini Länsivuori.\nNina Hyvärinen performs PERSONAS, a work created for her by world-renowned choreographer Carolyn Carlson. \nThe program also features *Väylä*, based on Rosa Liksom’s novel, which continues the series begun in the production *Ei kertonut katuvansa*—dramatized and directed by Mikko Roih—that explores the circumstances shaped by wars from a woman’s perspective. Väylä is performed by Ella Mettänen, one of the leading names of her generation and a recipient of the Olavi Veistäjä Award—a performance described as one of the most impressive of the current theater season. \nEvents will take place throughout Hanko from August 20–23, 2026.\nThe full festival program will be published this spring. \nBuy a ticket \n \n  \n
